I've always been a bit animal obsessed, so getting to spend my days with dogs and all sorts of other pets is something I absolutely love! And I get to know some pretty brilliant little personalities along the way.

Animals have always been a big part of my life!
I've grown up with animals around me, and I honestly couldn't imagine life without them! From having dogs of my own to sharing the family with a tortoise who's been around as long as I have, they've always been part of everyday life. So it's probably no surprise that I ended up working with them!

Before starting Punky Paws in 2024, I spent five years working in accounting. So swapping spreadsheets for dog leads was quite a change!
These days, no two days are quite the same. I get to spend my time out walking dogs, visiting pets at home and meeting all sorts of characters along the way. And honestly, you'd be surprised how much personality a chicken can have!
The Punky Paws Way, because every pet is different!
My own dogs have taught me a lot about understanding what animals are comfortable with. Betty, my Chihuahua, and Bentley, my previous Jack Russell cross Chihuahua, have both been nervous and reactive around other dogs. So I know how important it is to notice when a dog needs a bit of space, rather than expecting them to say hello to everyone!
Animal welfare is something I care a lot about, I've been vegan since 2020. For me, that means respecting animals as individuals and giving them choices wherever possible. Some dogs want to stop and sniff everything, others would rather keep moving, and some just aren't feeling it that day. And that's okay! I pay attention to what they're telling me, so they're comfortable and enjoying themselves.
Life with Betty, Tom and a few funny stories!
Betty is my Chihuahua, named after Black Betty by Ram Jam. Bam a lam! Then there's Tom, our family tortoise, who's actually the same age as me. One of my friends had known me for over ten years before finding out I had a tortoise! I still don't know how that happened!
Tom's much more active in the summer, and he's not afraid to give Betty a little nip on the ankles when she tries to steal his lettuce. She's clearly not very good at sharing!

She genuinely cares about your animals and we love hearing about all of the mischief Simba gets up to with her. Georgia has taken her time to get to know Simba and offers much appreciated support and daily updates without me even getting in touch. Simba loves his visits from Georgia and is always excited to see her. Would totally recommend!
Would highly recommend. Georgia provides a personal touch, really invested in getting to know all about your pet before taking care of them. Totally professional service. She took great care of my dog while we were on holiday, providing daily updates and pictures/videos. We were able to fully relax knowing he was in great hands and came home to a very happy dog. Definitely our number one choice and we'll be using Punky Paws again for sure.
Would 100% recommend and trust Georgia at Punky Paws It’s the 1st time we’ve ever had to use a dog walker after getting our new rescue dog and she has been amazing! I was nervous due to not knowing how he would be with being a rescue dog and having little history about him, but as soon as I met Georgia I was at ease and knew he’d be just fine Otto absolutely loves his time with Georgia and I wouldn’t go anywhere else the little extra touches like photos and a message after their time together is a great bonus.
